Cheryl Simpson

Cheryl Simpson grew up in Geneseo and has lived in Livonia for over 28 years. During this time, Cheryl and her husband Don raised four kids that attended Livonia schools. Three of them (the triplets) graduated in 2017 and the 4th graduated in 2018. Needless to say, Cheryl and Don had their hands full for the first several years of starting their family. 

Some of Cheryl’s favorite things are to spend time with her kids, family and friends hiking, boating, skiing and doing anything that allows her to be outdoors. 

Professionally, Cheryl has held inside/outside sales positions for most of her adult career. For over 10 years, Cheryl was a principal owner for SPEX Marketing, a manufacturer representative company selling contract office furniture to the corporate, higher education and hospitality industries. In addition, Cheryl has held her Real Estate license for over 6 years and works for Re/Max Hometown in Lakeville NY. While Cheryl enjoys working with both sellers and buyers she finds it rewarding to help people make their American dream come true of owning a home.
